Role Description The Facility Management - Sales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective clients, build and manage a sales pipeline, and promote Topline’s integrated facility management and business support services. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure accurate service scoping and smooth handover. The role involves market research, lead generation through multiple channels, maintaining CRM records, and achieving sales targets and revenue objectives. The Sales Executive will also nurture long-term client relationships, gather feedback to improve service offerings, and represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
