Your role will involve conducting market and industry research, drafting legal documents, and identifying potential clients' legal needs.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market and industry research.
Research both Indian and International business laws, regulations, and legal frameworks relevant to client industries and jurisdictions.




Identify potential international clients and analyze their legal requirements and preferences.
Identify potential international regulatory and business specialists, who can assist with cross-border expansion
Draft briefs, memos, and correspondence outlining legal considerations, implications, and recommendations for international business transactions.
Conduct legal due diligence of companies.
