We work with businesses across India, North America, and other global markets. We are now expanding our sales team and looking for SDRs who can help us build a consistent, predictable pipeline.

About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to identify target accounts, engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for our sales team.

This is a full time, on-site role based in HSR, Bengaluru.





Your primary goal will be to consistently generate qualified meetings across the North American and Indian markets through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and structured follow-up.

You will work directly with the founders and have visibility into the complete sales process, from prospecting and qualification to demos and deal closure.

What You’ll Do
- Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers
- Build and maintain prospect lists across North America and India
- Run outbound outreach through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects based on their needs, urgency, authority, and fit
- Book qualified discovery meetings and product demos
- Follow structured outreach cadences and manage follow-ups consistently
- Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline data in the CRM
- Track key metrics including activity volume, response rates, meetings booked, and pipeline generated
- Test different messaging, industries, and outreach strategies to improve
