Role Description The Senior Creative Designer is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role is responsible for leading the visual direction of campaigns, designing brand identities, and creating high-quality digital and print assets that align with client goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing concepts, designing graphics, web layouts, and social media creatives, and collaborating with marketing, content,



and technology teams to ensure consistent brand expression. The Senior Creative Designer will oversee design projects from brief to delivery, provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, and maintain high standards of creativity and execution. The role also involves participating in client discussions, translating business objectives into design solutions, and staying current with industry trends and design best practices.
Qualifications
Solid creative design capabilities, including concept development and visual storytelling, with proven experience in Creative Design and Graphic Design.
Advanced skills in Graphics, including layout, typography, and imagery for digital and print touchpoints.
Expertise in Branding, including brand identity creation, brand guidelines, and consistent application across campaigns.
