The platform enables organisers to deliver fully branded ticketing experiences with complete control over their audience data, pricing, and revenue, without dependence on third-party marketplaces.
Founded to serve large-scale operators, Ticmint has expanded its infrastructure to support small and medium organisers and venues across the live events industry. The company operates globally, with offices in India, US, UK, and UAE, and serves clients across multiple international markets.

You will not inherit a sales team, you will build one. This is a founding enterprise sales and business development leadership role: design the GTM motion for complex, multi-stakeholder deals, build the partner and channel network that multiplies reach, close the first wave of marquee logos yourself, then build and train the team that scales it. You won't just grow Ticmint,



you'll build growth infrastructure that makes every organiser on our platform more successful.

What Sets This Role Apart
You're not executing someone else's playbook, you're writing one that didn't exist.
You're selling a category shift, not a product feature, moving federations, venues, and government bodies off marketplace dependency onto infrastructure they own, the way Shopify displaced marketplace dependency for e-commerce.
Displacement Selling: Build and refine the pitch and objection-handling playbook for winning organisers away from incumbent marketplaces, this pitch doesn't exist off-the-shelf; you're writing it.
Enterprise & Tender-Grade Selling: Own end-to-end enterprise procurement, covering RFP response, statement-of-work drafting, and multi-round stakeholder negotiation across venues, corporates, sports federations, and government tenders.
