WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Paid Ads & ROAS
• Plan, execute & manage Meta and Google Ads
• Drive conversions, revenue & consistent ROAS
• Optimize budgets, CAC & profitability
• Scale winning campaigns responsibly

Research & Strategy
• Understand fashion customer behaviour & purchase journeys
• Research competitors, creatives, pricing & offers
• Build high-intent audiences through retargeting, lookalikes & warm traffic
• Develop full-funnel strategies from Traffic → ATC →
Checkout → Purchase

Creative & Funnel Optimization
• Work closely with the creative team on Reels, static & carousel ads
• Test hooks, copies, creatives, audiences & offers
• Identify funnel drop-offs and improve conversion rates
• Optimize Shopify product pages and checkout experience

Tracking & Reporting
• Monitor Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4 & Shopify Analytics
• Track ROAS, CPA, CTR, ATC, checkout & purchase data




• Share weekly performance reports with explicit insights and actionable next steps

Someone who:
• Has hands-on performance marketing experience in fashion/apparel or D2C
• Thinks beyond ad execution and understands the entire customer journey
• Is highly data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on numbers
• Knows how to test, learn, optimize and scale
• Takes ownership of results and treats revenue as the ultimate KPI
