Role OverviewWe‘re looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to work on a contract basis, closing deals for a new product by engaging directly with clients across India. This role requires someone who thrives on the road, builds trust quickly in face-to-face meetings, and can carry a conversation confidently in both English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
Travel across India to meet prospective and existing clients, conducting in-person sales meetings and closing deals
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead follow-up and discovery to negotiation and deal closure
Build and maintain robust client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Understand client requirements and effectively position the product to close sales
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and travel activity in CRM
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as agreed under the contract
Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of experience in field sales or B2B sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Skilled demeanor with solid interpersonal and client-handling skills
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India (frequent outstation trips)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently while on the road
Basic proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
