nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an energetic and target-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our growing team.
nThe role involves identifying current opportunities, meeting customers, understanding their electricity requirements and selling customized solar solutions.
nKey Responsibilities

Generate and develop new solar sales prospects.n
Converting leads to customersn
Conduct customer meetings and regular field visits.n
Understand electricity bills,



consumption and customer requirements.n
Identify suitable solar opportunities for residential, commercial and industrial customers.n
Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and system design.n
Present solar proposals, savings and ROI to customers.n
Handle customer queries, negotiations and objections.n
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.n
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information.n
Build strong long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.n
Has to work on weekends if required. Working week will be off on alternate Saturdays.n
Will be eligible for public holidaysn
Post completion of probation, leave policy will be confirmed with the employee.n

nCandidate Profile
n
n
1–5 years of experience in sales/business development preferred.n
Experience in solar, electrical, EPC or technical sales will be an advantage but not mandato
