Role Description The Production Planning Control Manager will oversee end-to-end production planning activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-focused output at the Hosur manufacturing facility. This full time, in office role includes preparing and managing production schedules, aligning capacity planning with demand forecasts, and coordinating closely with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams. The manager will monitor inventory levels, optimize material availability, and implement control measures to minimize stock-outs and overstock situations. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, driving process improvements, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. The role requires regular reporting to leadership on production performance, resource utilization, and key operational metrics.
