Experience managing a team of approximately 6 engineers
Solid Full Stack Development experience
Active coding and technical leadership experience
Experience in architecture, design reviews, production support, and stakeholder management

Role:
Seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager with solid Full Stack development expertise and a passion for building secure, scalable, and business-critical applications. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and hands-on engineering responsibilities. He/ She will foster a high-performing engineering culture, drive technical excellence, promote the responsible use of AI-assisted development tools, and ensure the delivery of secure, accessible, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and hands-on contribution across the full software development lifecycle.
Partner with Product Managers, Architects, Security,



and Business stakeholders to define and deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
Support production applications, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly while maintaining appropriate governance, security, and code quality standards.
Provide leadership and support during critical production incidents, including availability outside core business hours when required.

Required Technical Skills
Java Development: Spring Boot
Frontend Development: Angular, TypeScript
API Development & Management: Apigee or similar API Gateway platforms
Database Technologies: Oracle, PostgreSQL
Cloud Platforms: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda/ , EFS, CloudWatch, CodePipeline, etc.)
Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
CI/CD: Harness, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
Monitoring & Observability: New Relic, Splunk, or similar tool
