Snapsy Technologies is a young startup, right out of Registration and Pilot Run. We’re looking for someone who wants to help build Snapsy from scratch.

What’s Snapsy All About?

Snapsy is an on-demand platform for local human tasks — basically, if you need something done near you, Snapsy connects you with someone reliable who can handle it. No endless searching, no guesswork, no weird surprises.

The Problem We’re Tackling

In Bangalore (and honestly, plenty of Indian cities), people face tiny but annoying tasks every day. Finding someone trustworthy to help, at a fair price, is almost impossible. Helpers have the skills and want regular work, but prospects are scattered. We want to fix that, make things easier for everyone.

Where We Are Right Now
We’ve talked to real people and the need is explicit.
Product: There’s a basic version already running.
Traction: Early pilots haven’t started yet. We’re at day zero—which is exactly where builders shine.

Who We’re Hoping to Find

We want someone who loves building things, likes talking to users, and doesn’t mind figuring stuff out without a rulebook. You should be fine with uncertainty, ready to spend time on the ground in Bangalore (especially for the first 90 days), and be in it for the long haul.

Must haves:
Okay with figuring things out on the fly and with limited resources.
Willing to be in Bangalore, boots on the ground, for at least the first 90 days.
Comfortable with uncertainty, ready to do whatever needs doing.
Fully committed to building this over 5–10+ years.

Nice to haves:
Experience taking something from zero to one.
Knows how Bangalore actually works at street level.
Has worked directly with helpers or customers.
