Role Description The Project Coordinator – Interior (full time, on-site in Chennai) will support the planning and execution of interior design projects from concept through completion. This role involves coordinating project schedules, tracking deliverables, and assisting with documentation such as drawings, reports, and presentations.
The Project Coordinator will liaise with design teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and timely progress on site activities. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, preparing minutes, managing material samples and approvals, and monitoring quality and adherence to design intent. The role also requires proactive problem-solving, maintaining project records, and supporting the interior design team in achieving project milestones within scope, time, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day activities of interior projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with the project manager, site engineers, architects, designers, vendors, and contractors.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, and progress reports.
Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as per the planned timeline.
