We are looking for a Pre-Sales & Delivery Lead to bridge the gap between our sales pipeline and successful, on-ground program execution. You will be the technical/solutions voice in client conversations (schools, institutions, corporates) before the deal closes, and the accountable owner for making sure what was promised actually gets delivered on time and to quality — for Makerspace and Innovation Lab programs.
This role suits someone who’s comfortable in a client-facing solutioning role but equally hands-on when it comes to ensuring smooth execution, lab setup, and stakeholder satisfaction post-sale.

Pre-Sales

• Partner with the Sales team on client meetings/pitches — understand the client’s (school/institution/corporate) requirements and translate them into a solution proposal
• Design customized program/lab proposals (curriculum scope, equipment list, timelines, facilitator requirements, pricing inputs) based on client needs
• Create and present solution decks, demos, and proof-of-concept sessions to prospective clients




• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with technical and program-specific inputs
• Work closely with Curriculum/Product teams to ensure proposed solutions are deliverable and realistic
• Support pricing/costing discussions by providing accurate delivery-effort estimates

Delivery Ownership

• Own the end-to-end implementation of signed programs — from kickoff to go-live to steady-state operations
• Coordinate lab setup: equipment procurement/installation, space planning, safety compliance
• Ensure curriculum, facilitators, and schedules are aligned and ready before program launch
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client during implementation and ongoing delivery
• Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent client accounts
• Set up governance cadences (weekly/monthly reviews) with client stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues
