Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive,
user centered experiences for web and mobile applications. The role involves working closely with product, business, technology, and client stakeholders from discovery through design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and discovery workshops.
Define personas, user journeys, workflows, and information architecture.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs using Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
Ensure usability, accessibility, consistency, and responsive design.
Collaborate with Product Managers, BAs, Developers, UI Designers, and Architects.
Present designs and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.
Support Agile ceremonies and provide developer handoff specifications.
Required Skills
