Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily with the Leasing Team .
Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Projects teams.
Prepare Recce reports and coordinate store invoice clearance.
Coordinate with landlords to resolve store-related issues.
Manage and track Security Deposit (SD) payments for recent stores.
Prepare MIS reports and presentations using solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
