Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Traffic Manager – Import Export & Fleet Operations who will take end-to-end ownership of daily transportation activities.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in container transportation, import/export cargo, factory stuffing and de-stuffing movements, factory-to-yard/port movements, local yard operations, driver management,



and vehicle planning.

The Traffic Manager will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles, drivers, containers, and customer requirements are coordinated efficiently while maintaining high fleet utilization and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily allocation of vehicles for import, export and local transportation movements.
Coordinate container movements between JNPT/Nhava Sheva, factories, warehouses, CFS/ICD locations and local yards.
Manage factory stuffing, de-stuffing, empty container movements and loaded container transportation.
Coordinate with customers, CHA teams, shipping line/CFS teams, factory personnel, drivers and operational staff.
Prepare daily vehicle and driver deployment plans based on customer requirements.
Ensure maximum vehicle utilization while minimizing idle time, empty running and unnecessary detention.
