Role Description The Tender Executive - Churchgate will manage end-to-end tender processes for Mirah Hospitality’s projects and services. This full time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves identifying relevant tenders, collecting and validating required documentation,



and coordinating with internal departments to compile accurate tender submissions. The role includes preparing technical and commercial proposals, maintaining tender databases, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. The Tender Executive will liaise with vendors and stakeholders, support negotiations and clarifications, and provide regular reporting on tender status and outcomes to management.
Qualifications
Strong skills in tender documentation, bid preparation, and proposal coordination.
Ability to research tender opportunities, interpret tender requirements, and ensure compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools.
Solid analytical, numerical, and attention-to-detail skills for reviewing commercial and technical information.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and external stakeholder interactions.
