7+ years of hands-on software development experience , with solid experience in Python.
Strong proficiency in Python programming, OOP, data structures and algorithms .
Experience building production-grade applications, backend services or automation frameworks .
Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices and software architecture .
Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask or Django .
Solid experience with SQL and relational databases ; exposure to NoSQL databases is a plus.
Experience with Git, CI/CD and software development best practices .
Positive understanding of testing frameworks such as PyTest .
Hands-on exposure to AI/ML concepts and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering or AI-powered application development will be an advantage.
Experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs into software applications is highly desirable.
