About Wualt
Wualt is building a current category at the intersection of women's safety, wellness and technology.
As we move towards our product pilot and launch, we're looking for a Partnerships & Community Associate to help build the relationships, community and momentum around the brand.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys meeting people, creating opportunities and getting things done. You'll work across partnerships, community, creators, content and marketing operations, with plenty of room to take ownership and shape how Wualt grows.

The Role
As Partnerships & Community Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with relevant brands, communities, creators and organisations, while also supporting the day-to-day execution of Wualt's marketing initiatives.
You'll be expected to take things from "this could be interesting" to "let's make it happen."

This is not a traditional social media role.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised,



a strong communicator and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup workplace.

What You'll Do
Partnerships & Outreach
Research and identify relevant brands, communities, creators, organisations and collaboration prospects
Build and maintain a partnership pipeline
Identify the right contacts and decision-makers
Conduct email, LinkedIn and social outreach
Manage follow-ups and ongoing conversations
Schedule meetings and coordinate introductions
Support partnership proposals and negotiations
Coordinate agreed partnership deliverables
Maintain relationships with existing partners
Identify opportunities for co-marketing, events and collaborations

Community
Manage Instagram DMs and community conversations
Respond to comments and queries
Engage with relevant communities and conversations
Identify opportunities to introduce Wualt to new communities
Support community initiatives and activations
