About the Role
We are looking for a highly accomplished and hands-on Head of Operations to lead and scale overall business operations.
This is a senior leadership role for someone with a strong track record of P&L; ownership, revenue growth, business scaling, operational excellence, and large-scale team management .
The role requires a business leader who can work closely with the Co-Founders, make data-driven decisions, drive execution at scale, and remain closely connected to on-ground business realities.
Please note: This role focuses on overall business and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end business performance, including P&L;, revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency . Drive business growth, expansion, and scalable operational processes. Lead and manage large, distributed field and corporate teams. Drive performance through data analysis, business insights, and robust execution.
Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions and process improvements. Work closely with the Co-Founders on business strategy, growth, and execution. Build scalable operating structures and ensure robust governance across the business. Engage with on-ground teams and stakeholders to understand business challenges and drive practical solutions. Take ownership of key business metrics, productivity, and overall operational performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile 15+ years of experience in senior business, operations, or P&L; leadership roles. Solid experience in P&L; management, revenue growth, profitability, and business scaling . Proven experience managing large and distributed teams, preferably 500+ employees . Experience in high-growth startups or product-led businesses is strongly preferred.
