Role Description The Personal Sales Representative is a full time, in office role based in Ludhiana. In this position, the representative will actively promote IOTA WATER products, engage with customers, and provide product demonstrations and education about nanobubble technology and its benefits. Daily responsibilities include identifying and approaching prospective customers, building relationships with local retailers and distributors, managing in-store activations, and achieving individual sales targets.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, collecting feedback from the market, and collaborating with the sales and marketing team to refine sales strategies. The representative will ensure a professional brand presence at all times and support local events and campaigns as needed.
Qualifications

Proven experience in direct or retail sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or consumer products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear language.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships and work effectively with retail partners and distributors.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
Comfort with in office work, local travel within Ludhiana, and active engagement with customers throughout the day.
