Role Description The NRI Relationship Manager is a full time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing and growing relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers, understanding their banking and investment needs, and offering appropriate products and services. Daily responsibilities include handling account openings,



deposits, remittances, and other NRI-related services; resolving customer queries; and ensuring high service standards. The NRI Relationship Manager will proactively engage with existing and prospective clients, conduct regular follow-ups, and support branch-level business development initiatives. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and smooth execution of NRI transactions.
