Key Responsibilities
Lead the identification, evaluation, and proactive onboarding of relevant influencers for performance-led campaigns.
Develop influencer strategies by identifying the right creators for the right brands, audiences, and campaign objectives.
Drive discussions around product integration, brand storytelling, content formats, and influencer collaborations.
Manage end-to-end influencer relationships, ensuring quality, timelines, deliverables,



and campaign objectives are consistently met.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creator communities aligned with clients' strategic goals.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to negotiate commercials, rates, deliverables, and strategic partnerships with influencers.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize influencer performance against campaign and storefront metrics.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, performance gaps, and actionable insights.
Lead post-campaign analysis and performance reviews, developing detailed reports with key insights, recommendations, and strategic improvements.
Develop business-driving influencer marketing and communication strategies aligned with client objectives.
Contribute to future campaign planning by identifying emerging creators, platforms, content trends, and new opportunities.
