Role Description This full time remote role of Regional Sales Manager – South Rajasthan – Agrochemical Industry focuses on driving sales growth and market development across the assigned territory. The role involves managing and expanding a network of distributors, dealers, and retailers, regularly engaging with them to promote products, negotiate terms, and ensure adequate stock availability. The Regional Sales Manager will plan and execute field visits, farmer meetings, and product demonstrations, as well as collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and seasonal demand.



Daily responsibilities include tracking sales performance against targets, preparing territory reports, coordinating with marketing and supply chain teams, and resolving customer issues promptly. The role also requires building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, supporting current product launches, and ensuring compliance with company policies and agrochemical regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in agrochemical or agricultural input sales, preferably in a regional or territory management role.
Robust skills in relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement with distributors, dealers, and farmers.
Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use basic digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, communication platforms) for territory management.
Solid understanding of crop patterns, local farming practices, and agrochemical product usage in South Rajas
