About the Role:
Ascentium India is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across qualified services, support functions, campus recruitment and CA article hiring. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, effective stakeholder coordination and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding requirements to candidate joining.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations and hiring timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, skilled networks, employee referrals, social media and other channels.
Screen applications and conduct initial discussions to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, compensation expectations and availability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and business stakeholders.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and interview panels to ensure timely completion of the selection process.
Manage offer discussions,



documentation, background-verification coordination and pre-joining engagement.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
Support campus recruitment, CA article hiring, walk-in drives and bulk-hiring initiatives.
Work closely with HR Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and trackers in the HRMS or Applicant Tracking System.
Prepare hiring reports covering open positions, sourcing numbers, interview conversions, offers, joiners and candidate drop-offs.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as turnaround time, source-to-interview ratio, offer acceptance and joining ratio.
Ensure candidates receive timely communication and a qualified experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer-branding and talent-engagement initiatives.
