Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
NWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales or strategic partnerships and a passion for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries/clients. N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. N
- Conduct market researchto identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. N
- Collaborate with internal teams (Strategy & Operations) to tailor solutions and proposals. N
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and business pitches. N
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closure. N
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. N
- Maintain and update CRMwith accurate client and pipeline information. N
- Attend industry events,conferences,



and networking sessions to represent the company. N

nRequirements:

- Bachelor s degreein Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). N
- 2-4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management. N
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. N
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities. N
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite. N
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. N
- Familiarity and robust network with brands and strong local network is preferred. N
