Operations Executive — MANNLICH (Koramangala, Bengaluru · On-site · Full time)

MANNLICH is a men's personal care brand — born in Germany, made in India. Small team, quick decisions, sold everywhere our customer already shops.
The role
Everything that happens after a product is made and before it reaches a customer. Marketplaces, quick commerce, warehousing, our website, and the vendors who keep it supplied. Broad on purpose.
You'll own
Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart — listings, stock, pricing, POs, claims
Inventory planning and 3PL coordination
Shopify order flow, RTO and returns, customer escalations
Vendor and manufacturer follow-ups, POs, delivery timelines
Must-have
1–2 years in operations, supply chain or e-commerce
Hands-on with at least one marketplace or quick-commerce seller panel
Robust with spreadsheets — pivots, lookups, reconciliation
Based in Bengaluru, able to work on-site in Koramangala
Nice to have
Shopify admin · 3PL experience · FMCG or personal care background
