About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Team Lead / Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth, improve lead conversion, and achieve monthly sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales leadership, team management, customer handling, and financial product knowledge, preferably in the Loan / Banking / NBFC / DSA / Fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly targets.

Allocate leads to team members and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.

Monitor individual and team-wise sales performance, login, sanction, disbursement, and productivity.
Drive business for Business Loans, MSME/SME Loans, Personal Loans, Home Loans, LAP and other financial products.

Develop new business prospects through customer references, market visits, telecalling,



digital leads, and other channels.

Guide team members on customer interaction, product pitching, eligibility, documentation, and case processing.

Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, Credit Teams, Operations, and other internal departments for smooth case processing.

Track pending cases and ensure timely submission of required documents.

Analyze sales data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.

Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and training to team members.

Ensure proper follow-up from lead → login → approval/sanction → disbursement.

Maintain robust relationships with customers, channel partners, connectors, and financial institutions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and responsible sales practices.

Take ownership of team productivity and contribute to overall business growth.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing/Finance
