As a Telecaller handling Hindi voice process at Reycruit in Hyderabad, Telangana, your main task is to connect with potential clients over the phone and provide them with information about our services. Your proficiency in Hindi is essential for effective communication with clients.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients in Hindi to introduce them to Reycruit's services.
Communicate effectively in Hindi to explain our offerings and address any queries or concerns.
Maintain regular communication with clients to nurture leads and follow up on inquiries.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion.
Record details of interactions accurately and update client databases.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Requirements
Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi.
Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles preferred.
