We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager – Software Sales to join our in-house sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Marketing/Business Development Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and implement strategies to generate current business opportunities and increase sales.
Identify potential clients through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and business discussions with prospective clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and follow-up.




Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with the technical, implementation, and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Monitor team performance, review daily/weekly activities, and provide guidance to improve conversion rates.
Set and track sales targets, KPIs, lead conversion, and revenue performance.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Participate in client meetings, industry events, networking activities, and business development initiatives.
Research market trends, competitors, and potential business prospects.
Develop strategies to expand the company's customer base and enter new markets.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated through digital marketing and other campaigns.
