Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a positive and memorable first impression of our hotel
Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, dining options, and upcoming events to assist guests effectively




Process room reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately using the hotel property management system (PMS)
Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain exact financial records with transparency
Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and presentable at all times, reflecting our commitment to excellence
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a energetic, quick-paced setting
Resolve overbooking situations and room type changes efficiently while maintaining guest satisfaction
Collaborate seamlessly with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely room readiness
Demonstrate resilience and decisiveness when handling challenging situations or guest concerns
