Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnosis of mental health conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and families.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
Participate in case conferences, team meetings,



and continuous career development activities.
Conduct community outreach and educational workshops to promote mental health awareness.

Qualifications:
MSc in clinical or Applied psychology
Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team workplace.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical practice standards.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting.
Specialization or certification in specific therapeutic approaches (e.G., CBT, DBT).
Familiarity with EHR systems and digital documentation.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
