Job Description

BGSW is seeking a visionary Senior AI Leader to define and execute the enterprise AI strategy, lead AI-driven business transformation, and build scalable AI capabilities across engineering, business, and corporate functions. This leadership role will drive enterprise-wide AI adoption, foster innovation, and establish Bosch as a leader in the application of Artificial Intelligence across its global businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Define and execute the enterprise AI vision, strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
Lead large-scale AI transformation programs across engineering, manufacturing, mobility, and corporate functions.
Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing AI, Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, and MLOps teams.
Drive enterprise adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI platforms,



and intelligent automation solutions.
Partner with business and engineering leaders to identify high-value AI prospects and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Build scalable AI platforms and reusable capabilities that accelerate innovation across Bosch.
Collaborate with global stakeholders, technology partners, hyperscalers, and the AI ecosystem to drive innovation and strategic partnerships.
Provide executive-level communication, governance, and reporting to senior leadership.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, engineering excellence, and customer-centric AI delivery.
