Experience: 4–7 Years
About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on, on-site Database Administrator to manage our mission-critical database servers, local server racks, and high-availability enterprise environments. Oversee physical storage, server hardware health, RAID configurations, and backup tape/cloud rotation procedures.
Diagnose complex query deadlocks, optimize slow-running execution plans,
and implement tight security controls.
Be part of the physical data center escalation rotation for hardware failures, catastrophic recovery, and emergency maintenance.
Collaborate face-to-face with system administrators and network security teams to patch vulnerabilities immediately.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Work Mode: 100% In office requirement with participation in physical server room maintenance.
Core Skills: Deep expertise in MySQL internals, InnoDB architecture, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) administration, and Bash shell scripting.
Reliability: Proven track record of managing enterprise uptime, incident handling, and on-call accountability.
