Job Description:
Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated application build, testing, and deployment.
Manage cloud infrastructure using AWS / Azure / GCP.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Implement SRE practices around availability, reliability, scalability, performance, and capacity.
Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for critical applications and services.
Develop automation to eliminate repetitive operational tasks and reduce manual intervention.
Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability.
Work with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, Datadog, or equivalent.
Participate in production incident management, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution.




Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for major incidents and implement preventive actions.
Improve system performance, availability, scalability, and resilience.
Support capacity planning, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity activities.
Implement automated health checks, self-healing mechanisms, and proactive monitoring.
Work with development teams to improve application reliability and production readiness.
Implement DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, access controls, and security automation.
Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.
Participate in on-call / production support activities as required.
