Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave, and employee-related data.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, queries, and concerns.
Assist in payroll processing and provide necessary attendance and employee data.
Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labor regulations.
Assist senior HR team members with day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment.
Positive knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
Basic understanding of payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; HRMS knowledge is an advantage.
