MINFY is a Cloud Services born company working with the clients having IT Workplace Modernization requirement. We have passionate teams working on AWS cloud modernizations, Application Modernizations.
We are looking for the Database Administrator who will work on clients’ environments in the areas like Creating, managing & monitoring the Databases. Able to secure the sensitive information.

Roles & Responsibilities
Install and maintain the performance of database servers.
Develop processes for optimizing database security.
Set and maintain database standards.
Manage database access.
Performance tuning of database systems.
Install, upgrade, and manage database applications.
Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors.
Recommend and implement emerging database technologies.
Create and manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards.
Create automation for repeating database tasks.
Be available for on-call support as needed.

Requirements
Proficient in database queries, of database theory.
Knowledge of database design.
Knowledge about the RDBMS itself, e.g. Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL.




Knowledge of structured query language (SQL), e.g. SQL/PSM or Transact-SQL.
General understanding of distributed computing architectures, e.g. Client–server model, Cloud setting.
General understanding of operating system, e.g. Windows or Linux.
General understanding of storage technologies and networking.
General understanding of routine maintenance, recovery, and handling failover of a database
3 to 4 years of experience in database administration, information technology, database architecture, or a related field
Should have expertise in both SQL & NO SQL environments, handled DB commissioning & Implementations Independently.
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure) a plus.
