The Role

You own video end-to-end — from short-form social and long-form brand films to motion assets and in-app animations.

You edit for retention, design for scroll-stop, and ship fast without cutting corners on craft.

You
3+ years of experience editing for creators, agencies, or social-first brands.
You understand hooks, pacing, and storytelling — and why a 3-second cut can hit harder than a 5-second one.
You’ve created content that grew channels and converted viewers, not just content that looked positive in a portfolio.




Experience in events, music, nightlife, or entertainment is a plus.

Skills
Sharp eye for pacing, colour grading, sound design, and visual storytelling.
Strong sense of typography in motion. Text on screen should feel agile, not “added.”
You treat AI like any other tool in your stack — you’ve either built a workflow around it or you’re actively figuring one out.
Experience with Blender, Rive, or Lottie is a bonus.
Basic sound design and audio editing skills are a plus.

Mindset

You’re not looking for a comfortable edit bay.

You pitch formats before they peak, remix trends instead of copying them, and care about the two seconds after someone sees your content as much as the content itself.
