TAL Secure Systems Digital Marketing Division partners with HNIs, UHNIs, and family offices to deliver bespoke communication, reputation, and media strategies with a strong focus on discretion, trust, and long-term brand value.

We are looking for a seasoned PR & Media Outreach Specialist who can architect high-impact visibility and build trusted relationships across top-tier media in India and key global markets globally.

What You'll Do
Design and execute PR and media outreach strategies aligned to the reputation goals of HNI, UHNI, and family office clients.
Build, nurture, and leverage strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and senior media stakeholders across print, digital, and broadcast.
Proactively pitch story ideas, press releases, profiles, and thought leadership to secure premium earned coverage.
Identify newsworthy angles and craft refined, discreet narratives that reflect the lifestyle, privacy, and brand requirements of sophisticated clients.
Manage end-to-end media engagement: outreach, follow-ups, interview coordination, media briefings, and coverage tracking.




Monitor news cycles, sector trends, and competitor moves to spot timely visibility opportunities.
Partner with internal strategy, digital, and creative teams to ensure coherent messaging across channels.
Prepare media reports, coverage decks, and insight-led analyses to demonstrate impact.

What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in Public Relations, Media Outreach, or Corporate Communications.
Proven track record of consistently securing quality earned media across print, digital, and TV.
Solid, active network of journalists and editors; comfort engaging at senior levels.
Outstanding communication, storytelling, and pitching skills; sharp news sense.
Strategic mindset with the ability to shape positioning and build visibility roadmaps.
Hands-on experience running PR campaigns end-to-end in a quick-paced environment.
Robust organisational skills, attention to detail, and persistence in follow-ups.

Nice to Have
Experience in a PR / communications agency serving premium or global clients.
Familiarity with media landscapes in India, US, UK, Europe, UAE, and Africa.
- Exposure to crisis communication, reputation management, and sensitive mandates.
