Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a fashion retail store. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring excellent customer service, and controlling inventory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.- Lead, motivate, and manage the store sales team.- Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and productivity.- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.- Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment.- Conduct stock checks and support inventory audits.- Ensure proper display of products according to visual merchandising guidelines.- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and brand standards.- Coordinate with warehouse,
merchandising, and head-office teams.- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly store performance reports.
Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.- 3–7 years of experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or retail store management.- Solid sales and team-management skills.- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and POS/billing systems.- Valuable leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
