Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and package details.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Assist customers with travel requirements and documentation.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and travel partners.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
