We are looking for an experienced Transformer Manufacturing Technician who can independently handle the complete transformer manufacturing process, from foil winding and coil preparation to assembly, finishing and testing of transformers.
The ideal candidate should have practical hands-on experience in transformer winding and understand how to produce proper, accurate and consistent coils.
Key Responsibilities
Perform foil winding and coil winding as per required specifications
Prepare and assemble transformer coils
Handle insulation, layering, taping and related winding processes
Assist with and perform transformer testing after assembly
Ensure transformers meet production and quality requirements
Maintain production records and follow work instructions
Support training of junior operators when required
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on transformer manufacturing/winding experience preferred
Experience with foil winding and coil preparation is highly preferred
Should understand the complete transformer manufacturing flow Ability to identify and correct basic winding/assembly issues
Good attention to accuracy and quality and Willing to work hands-on in a manufacturing setting
ITI / Diploma in Electrical/Electronics is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has robust practical experience
