Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Train and guide junior sales executives to improve team performance.
Prepare sales reports, client databases, and performance analysis for management review.
Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy business relationships.
Promote company products effectively to expand market presence.
Participate in strategy planning to increase revenue and customer retention.
Resolve client complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
