Position: Sales Manager – Resort & Banquet Sales
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Generate revenue through resort room bookings, banquet events, weddings, conferences, and corporate sales.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Coordinate with operations teams for successful event execution.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel, resort, or banquet sales.
Robust communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Salary: Best in Industry + Incentives

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Thrissur, Kerala (Thrissur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
