Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)

Location: NIT Faridabad, Haryana

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Commensurate with experience)

Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education: B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience: 1 to 6 years in line quality inspection within a manufacturing/industrial setup
Technical Skills:
Hands-on expertise using precision measuring instruments (Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Gauges, Height Gauges).
Robust knowledge of reading engineering drawings, circuit diagrams, and technical specifications.
Familiarity with Quality Tools (7 QC Tools, 5S, Standard Operating Procedures).
Basic knowledge of defect identification, root cause analysis, and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities




Perform incoming, in-process, and final line quality inspections as per defined standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor production lines continuously to detect defects and maintain quality parameters.
Log inspection records, identify non-conformance (NC), and raise flags to production supervisors immediately.
Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure defect-free assembly and testing.
Maintain instruments calibration logs and participate in internal quality audits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
