Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchase, Quality, Sales, CRM, Accounting, and AI-enabled business processes.

Apply if you are a hands-on Odoo Functional Consultant with practical manufacturing and supply chain implementation experience and can independently manage the same.

Manufacturing industry implementation experience is strongly preferred for this role.

This is a functional consulting role requiring strong business process understanding and hands-on Odoo implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities
Gather & Analyze Business Requirements
Map Business Processes
Conduct Gap Analysis & Solution Design
Configure Standard Odoo Modules
Conduct Client Workshops & Product Demonstrations
Prepare & Manage Data Migration
Perform Functional & Integration Testing
Prepare Test Cases & Manage UAT
Conduct Key User & End-User Training
Coordinate With Developers for Custom Requirements
Support Go-Live & Post-Go-Live Activities
Troubleshoot Functional Issues & Recommend Solutions
Identify Opportunities for Automation & AI Adoption

Key Requirements

1–4 Years of Odoo Functional Consulting Experience
Successfully Completed 2–3 End-to-End Odoo Implementations
Proven Experience Working With Manufacturing Customers
Robust Understanding of Manufacturing & Supply Chain Business Processes
Ability to Independently Manage Functional Implementation Activities
Strong Requirement Gathering & Solution Design Skills
Good Analytical, Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Skills
Excellent Client Communication & Presentation Skills
Experience With Odoo 19 and ability to adapt to Future Version Upgrades
