Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment portal management.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions
Understand job requirements and source relevant profiles accordingly
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Manage recruitment portal activities, including job postings and resume searches
Negotiate salary and coordinate offer discussions
Follow up with selected candidates until joining
Maintain proper recruitment records and reports




Support other HR activities as required

Required Skills
1.5 to 4 years of experience in IT & Non-IT Recruitment
Robust hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals
Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good follow-up and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment documentation

Qualification
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred
Candidates with relevant recruitment experience from any graduation background can apply

We are looking for someone who is proactive, target-oriented, confident in candidate communication, and capable of independently handling the complete recruitment cycle.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
