As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in both bakery operations and customer service, developing a comprehensive skill set in food preparation, presentation, and guest interaction.
Assist in the preparation and baking of bread, pastries, and other bakery items following established recipes and quality standards
Learn and apply proper food safety and hygiene protocols in all kitchen operations
Support the F&B; service team in delivering exceptional customer experiences through attentive and courteous service
Organize and maintain cleanliness of work stations, equipment, and service areas
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during service hours
Receive guidance and training from senior staff members and implement feedback to improve performance
Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and basic food preparation tasks
Develop proficiency in using bakery equipment and kitchen tools safely and effectively
Contribute to a positive team workplace by demonstrating enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Support special events and catering operations as needed
