Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Operations Specialist to provide L2 support and operational management across the Microsoft 365 setting. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Defender.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 services, incidents, and service requests.
Troubleshoot Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Exchange Online issues.
Manage users, groups, permissions, MFA, and sign-in issues in Microsoft Entra ID.
Triage Microsoft Defender alerts and analyze risky sign-ins.
Support Teams Phone, Operator Connect, Direct Routing, CQD, and call-related issues.
Perform Exchange Online mail-flow troubleshooting, message tracing, NDR analysis, and mailbox administration.




Manage Enterprise Applications and App Registrations, including secrets, certificates, and redirect URIs.
Support Power Apps and Power Automate troubleshooting.
Analyze M365 Audit Logs and service activity logs.
Support Sensitivity Labels, Retention Policies, M365 Groups, Planner, Loop, and Search.
Follow ITIL processes, SLAs, ticketing systems, and approved runbooks.
Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Education:
BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications:
MD-102, MS-700, MS-102, or other relevant Microsoft certifications.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
