Supervise and monitor mechanical installation and site execution work as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure proper installation of HVAC, piping, ducting, equipment, pumps, chillers, and other mechanical systems.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and ensure work is executed as per project requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Monitor daily progress and prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other MEP teams to avoid site clashes and delays.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.




Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
Check material requirements and coordinate with the purchase/store team for timely availability.
Assist in testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover of mechanical systems.
Maintain proper site documentation, checklists, measurements, and work records.
Support project engineers and management in achieving project timelines, quality, and cost targets.
